The short answer

Soft washing uses lower pressure and a cleaning process selected for surfaces such as siding and roofs. Pressure washing uses controlled mechanical force where the surface and condition call for it. CK uses a soft-wash system for siding and roofs and selects the right tools and method for every other job.

Why maximum pressure is not the goal

The goal is a clean result without treating a delicate surface like a driveway. Material, age, buildup, access, and surrounding property all affect the plan. A professional starts by identifying those conditions—not by choosing one setting for the entire property.

Where soft washing fits

House siding and roofing are two areas where CK uses a soft-wash system. The lower-pressure approach lets the cleaning process do the work while the application is matched to the surface.

Where controlled pressure fits

Durable hardscapes such as concrete may call for professional pressure-washing equipment. Even then, stains and surfaces vary. Red clay, oil, tire marks, organic buildup, and general weathering may need different expectations or treatment.

What to send with an estimate request

Include wide photos showing the full surface and closer photos of the heaviest buildup. Note the material if you know it, any prior coatings, difficult access, nearby landscaping, and whether outdoor water is available.
